There're so many whitening products out there either in pills, cream, milk shake and etc.

any of u used to try one or am consuming any of it?

how about glutathione/vit c injections?

Serum?

People are so obssess to have WHITE skin like korean in tv while the truth is that's all plastic surgery/synthetic.

Well, Im already fair. Just that Im so curious with either these kinds of products really do well?

As for my skin, it prefers natural home remedy to stay younger.. smile.gif

I heard that whitening products that uses "Pearl powder" are all harmful. It may be effective but the "whitening" ingredients may cause cancer because it stays in your skin for a long time. The powder reflects on sunlight so your skin may appear brighter but it's not.

Do you have a source for this?

As far as I know pearl powder offers great benefits and not only applied to the skin, but also as supplement.
And pearl powder has a long history of use, especially in China.

Would love to read on the negative reports on pearl powder...thanks...

I think it's on a Chinese website. Can't find back.... Maybe it's because those are from "pasar malam" one? They claim that they use "pearl" but actually those are mercury which will lead to skin cancer. Everyone know mercury is bad

then it's the using fake ingredients that caused it to be bad, and not because of the pearl powder.

i read before that a product claim made of pearl powder, but in actual was made of shell powder. that is bad.
