Well belly fat =\= body fat percentages in most cases. You could have a low body fat percentage but have a gut, and vice versa. Usually even on a surplus, when you start getting into the groove of training you'll loose the belly fat. Not saying you'll lose body fat percentage though. It's just that active people normally will have their bellies sort themselves out after theyve been training for a while.
I been training very hard this 2 years but my belly is still there,not quite visible to others but at least for me or someone who stay close to me and say you had belly,is it that I am not eating nutrition enough or I eat too much or not the right food(hate using this,hard to say which is right)
