The designer suite is an office, right?

They sell the shop lots first, then the designer suites then only lastly the residence

As per usual practice, those most difficult to sell will be launch first n those most popular which have no big issue selling will be launch last

Surrounding demographic not known for high spending power but consider high traffic area judging by the performance of the few popular F&B outlets around

Ministry of Housing had raided developers before with DO approval of pejabat showing bed in brochures or show unit and fine them

The DO approval for serviced apartment is for PANGSAPURI

For sofo, sovo or designer suites, these are marketing terms. The DO approval by authorities is PEJABAT!
