Channel 300 intermittent, once you changed to other channel then cannot get liao

I check my setting both is pointing to the measat 1 frequency.
Still on and off.about 20sec only channel content show up.
A bit slow HD channel 300,for other SD channel 2-3 sec only up.How bout you,get the watch channel 300?

Maybe your Dish need to fine tune the direction? Last time they install maybe not optimum?

sometimes is waitIng for 20 seconds, sometimes is 1-2 minutes, and if I switch to other channel, and switch back to ch300, I can't get it anymore…

sAME to mine, all settings correct and HD need to wait for a minute. Signal 88% and quality 100% after get 300 displayed.

New njoi subscriber is it got rm 40 reload card? Is it auto reload into account? The installer come open the sealed box inside no reload card. When I sms check for my account balance it say I got 2 Account. I think is previous astro account which had terminate many years ago. how can I check my balance as it keep on say have 2 account attached to my IC.

Tuned to channel 300 XI YUE HD. Wow. Very clear images (using component).
Decided to test using HDMI. It works this time (previously doesn't work)
HDMI Super clear! Switches channel as usual. No waiting no lag. Using latest zapper decoder. Good approach Astro.

why my decoder cant switch to channel 300? when i switch to channel 300 automatic change to 301.
is it my decoder problem, because my decoder is a very very old model?
any way to purchase the astro decoder?

I always can't watch CH300 if using Astro decoder, I jz installed Njoi at my new house, I connect it with HDMI and switch to CH300, it can watch without waiting any seconds!

What he meant was , at that time, HDMI couldn't be used because Astro didn't enable the port yet. Only now when they began HD channel, the port could be used.

Ok, understood. I just installed Njoi yesterday. Decoder is DMT 4 b.yond HD model. Recond set. Everything seems great. HDMI is fully functional, CH 300 HD is indeed in HD and really really looking very sharp n beautiful. The shop guy told me it is just a 1-month channel before Astro will pull it, I dont know how true. Is is the same guy who told me HDMI won't work but mine did. The GUI is also the new ones, no self update required. Everything just work out of the box and the new GUI is really slick n fast. Changing channel is nearly instant. So far no complains at all but its only been 1 day. Happy for now.
