do you all know how to calculate the average rental psf, for mid valley for example?

but when does the share price would adjust for the div? it is after ex-div date?

sunway own sunreit, how does special div from sunway will benefit sunreit shareholder? my understanding it will benefit sunway la, not sunreit.
