Hi there,
Is tax filing time. Can please help explain the followings? Thank you in advance!
(1) I noticed the e-BE form has an input column for dividend income (HK3). May I know whether need to enter here, the REIT dividends collected during the year?
(2) The HK3 form on LHDN web site will auto re-calculate the dividend & generate a different gross amount with 25% tax. What is the purpose of this?

Ya make me wondering too ... maybe because Atrium is sitting on priced assets?
The land in Puchong (DHL) is freehold; at a very prime location next to LDP & nearby LRT station is coming up.
