I sold 80% of my REIT on the recent drop on REIT to prevent capital loss. If I wanted to enter again and re-structure my portfolio, what would u guys advice if I looking for dividend yield? I had very diversified portfolio previously and even sold TWREIT in profit.
According to MREIT data, YTLreit provide highest yield. Is it wise if I put heavily on that? |
