Maybe true? CMMT are using loans to purchase the asset? How much the price?

YTLREIT will keep going down until they fix the PP 5day-VWAP rate.

Until then will not have positive catalyst.

YTLREIT volume quite "high" today, 15M+ & it's price are getting lower like no body business

The lower it is means the PP subscriber can buy at cheaper price.... do your math.

all reits rebound lately.
us 10-yr treasury yield drops to 2.6x now.
sold some cmmt today that bought at 1.3x. capital gain + dividend received, good deal.
and then pump those money into pressed down stocks with dividend coming.

The treasury has been trending down slowly since early Feb... no one noticed it until now.

Lucky i picked up some REITs already during the period.
