But I'm not too positive about Mines too, Klang Valley has too many upcoming malls. Though its saving grace is that Balakong area got not many new malls.

Gurney Mall also got nearby new mall cannibalizing its sales/crowd volume.

Seriously, I don't see Sungai Wang recovering unless they do major renovation.

mall once died, almost will never recover

like I've said, problem with Sg Wang is not only MRT construction...its interior layout, outdated. To really revive Sg Wang, needs major refurbishment i.e. reconstruction.

But Quill Capita should be resilient, cos their portfolio are all big campus-like offices that accommodates data processing/shared service centres occupied by single tenants.
