Btw, Atrium disposed one of its properties, (just yesterday news), at 13.5 mil, which is higher than its book value of 8.+ mil, which mean there will be 5.x mil realised gain, which can be distributed in the future to compensate potential reduced in DPU, which may explain why share price holding ground. As 5 mil equivalent to about 4.x cents per share.

I don't know the actual stat but Gurney Plaza traffic seems like being affected a little after the new Paragon mall open just adjacent.
As last time, very hard to find parking one on Sunday, mall crowded, now easier, and lesser people in the mall as well.

Sungei Wang Plaza Merchants Association Kuala Lumpur claim some lot able to command RM25,000 per month but now no taker even at RM6,000 to RM10,000 per month. They claim the plaza have few hundred vacant lot (excluding 6th floor), of which, 70%  of vacant lot own by CMMT and the balance of 30% vacant lot own by private individual owner. Sungei Wang Plaza have 600 lots. This seem more severe than AmResearch of -7.3% base on 3rd quarter result.
