To be fair, UOAreit did report sterling result as compared to other reported flat or drop in earning.

But for CMMT, it doesn't justify the rise from 1.4 to 1.6x.

If based on that reasoning, then cannot keep Al Aqar, IGBREIT, KLCC and even QuillCapita already

Only can keep AmFirst, YTLREIT and ARREIT

Very good advice. I agree.

If there's one thing i learned when taking profits, only sell when there's extreme overvaluation or fundamentals deteriorate. Otherwise, keep and enjoy the dividends.
