I think retail REITS like IGB, KLCC, Pav still okay.
Everyday I go mid valley/klcc/pav all big bag big bag...
Although market doesn't looks good, purchasing power still very kuat leh. (Or maybe people shop before GST? [who knows brows.gif ])

Not really all, Quill Capita and UOAREIT revenue still steady, though not showing much growth.

Growth is at the retail REITs like IGBREIT and KLCC.

I thought. arreit lease out to HELP college and also bought a new office building recently? I guess these 2 initiatives should increase their earnings in the near future

Price is what you pay, value is what you get. Those not confident are selling Arreit cheaply, hence its drop recently.

Arreit should report an improved earning in the coming Q.

Reit 'business" is quite clear cut.

Property doesn't rent out, revenue/earning drop.
