this only happen to Short term leasing especially residential...tenant can opt not rent by giving 1 month notices.

commercial also can happen to those location not so strategic and pulling customer.

...but Premium MALL reits. already hv 3year tenancy and somemore have list of waiting tenant list to rent the from small lot. laugh.gif


I not hoping to see major anchor tenant(Aeon,Tesco or Parkson close shop)..then BIG discount we may seeing.

I do agree MReits will have shock if the bubble burst..adjustment definelty will price during the period.

The most important of Reits business is continue get quality tenant.
