i got my modular end of feb luckily for these 3 like ge, ps & th. still slightly cheaper than prices from these 2 vendors.

time plays a very critical role too. modular punya demand very massive also.

by the way how much PC sells at BVII?

now i c a lot preordering at amcorp shop 1st floor rm830 (condition box u receive as it is). if u want to choose is rm899.

Grand Emporium - SOLD OUT (ppl buy in huge bulk depriving many)
Pet Shop - 2 units left
Town Hall - 3 units left
Palace Cinema - 3 units left

Sydney opera house - rm1400 3 units.

Parisian Restaurant - any preorder have to wait for your turn. current lineup of customer pending already 50 ppl.

the thing about GE just before they place on shelf. ppl already order in advance to reserve. as of yesterday noon last unit cleared.

the retail price is very good if compare with speculative price from BBT & Robotica.

as for tomorrow and sunday. do expect remainder of the modulars are cleared.
