I watched The Lego Movie yesterday at MBO Subang Parade. The color and graphics are really top notch and awesome! At that time during the 2.40 pm show maybe about 15-20 people were watching, so not that bad.

Anyone saw any vehicles, buildings etc which you recognized?

Its Lego, a building toy. Just to tell you don't need to buy LEGO in expensive sets. You can create your own. Like in the Movies.

So the kids finish building by themselves? Good Job!

Yup, All I did was to get them organised. Book 1 and 2 separate teams. Rest all done by them put together.

Green grocer, market street, cafe corner........where to get locally?
*
Locally only can get Village Grocer, Petaling Street Market and Kopitiam. rclxms.gif Others don't hope unless sourced overseas. You may get lucky from individual sellers from Singapore.

since we now hot on modular topic....

can anyone tell me, what other series compatible with modular? i mean if we want to built a city, beside using the modular series building, for transport, road...can we just use the city series? or other series that in size with it?
*
It's LEGO toy. Be creative. I got my modular attack by creator eagle also on top of the pet shop. Super heroes Superman taking over the mayor job from the town house and spiderman just hanging around the Palace cinema. Catwoman go into Grand emporium found no clothes can fit her.

I think it's not the real selling price.
ALL ARE LEGO ORIGINAL COMPLETE SETS WITH INSTRUCTION BOOKLETS.

Prices range from SGD150 to SGD4500 (for 10179)

*
Well, if you put $1,000,000.00 on it, then it will be official rclxms.gif

Haven't started on the known movie boxed sets yet but starting off on the "fast going" The Lego Movie polybags to complete the collection later on.

Waiting on the 30281 Micro Manager Battle polybag coming soon.

nice!..where get? locally ah? biggrin.gif

Neither did I. Think it did come from the Palace Cinema. Just one hint: Don't purposely go looking for a Green one and pay extra for it. It works the same like the rest.

Nope, not locally definitely. sad.gif

Need to follow these guys closely if you want to get them either FREE or rather inexpensively.

Otherwise you can get on E-Bay or Bricklink but pay a premium for it.

Since they are newly released it's still relatively cheap to get them. Just to need to know where to find.

The other way is to get the movie game from best buy. Still cannot challenge. Going to cinema as still best as I was told movie goers just grab the polybags from a grab box. The greedy ones will take more.

I can't do for it because kids play with it like Lego doll house. Can't have wiring all over the modular. Not safe for them.

Not in my hands yet. Collecting in progress then one time ship all from the US save on shipping. These are mostly free with the items I purchased from TRU, Lego Store and Target. Amazon and TRU were having 20% sales on Movie Sets last week during the premier of the movie. This week new promo http://www.toysrus.com/family/index.jsp?ca...411706&view=all but still better to get them here since still need to factor in FOREX, Shipping and Taxes.

Target was having BOGO (Buy 1 and get 1) @ 30% off so manage to get the PS3 LEGO Movie Game Titles and the movie polybag as well. So bought just enough to get the collectible LEGO Movie Polybags.
