hi all sifu here, if im going to use Mr colour paint, do i need to use a white base primer and is there any guide to paint?? air spraying might be impossible for me

Hi all sifu, my mg astray red frame is quite loose at the wrist joint and I heard using uhu gule helps but im unclear on how to use it.... do I apply it on both parts? And do I wait for it to dry first then to snap their together or snap when their wet?
