I'm a fresh graduate with a diploma on IT only.

This thurday i will go to interview, the position is system support technican in IT filed. Actually i not expert in troubleshooting computer and printer, but i wanna try this job and gain more knowledge.

May be interviewer will ask me why you study IT and major in programming but come for apply this job, so how for me answer better this question?

and what kind of a person are you?
