Hi all SE sifus,
Considering to move to SE. Have been a Nokia user for the last 10 years. Questions: 1. Does SE K610i support caller group with different caller ringtones (not individual contacts)? 2. How many caller groups can the user create? 3. How much does the M2 1GB cost? 4. Does the original package include data cable? 5. How do I transfer my existing Nokia contacts to the new SE? 6. Am I doing the right thing?  |

Hi all. I'm a first time SE user & bought the K610i last Thurs. Have been a Nokia user for the last 10 years.
I have 3 questions: 1. I can't search for contact nos by using more than 1 letter. It only recognise the 1st letter. Eg. To search for Jimmy; When I key in J + I + M + ... : my contact stays at the first contact no with the letter J, eg. Jamal. Then I have to scroll down to find Jimmy. Is this normal? My brother's SE Z520i can search by using all letters. How do I 'activate' this search method? 2. I can't set different ringtones to different caller groups. Can only use the caller group to send multiple sms. How to enable this function? 3. What is the latest firmware available for this phone? That's all for now. Update
1. On the contact search matter. Got it solved. Deleted all my contacts in the phone. verified all the contact full names format in outlook. made sure all contact are in first name field. then synch again with k610i. the search by all character works now. seems that my previous contacts were saved in different format, some in first names, some in last names, some mixed. confused the phone i think. |

New question.
1. a few of my contacts assigned with specific caller ringtone doesn't work. have checked that it does not have any other duplicate nos. any experience out there? |

Hi.
How do I display all those base station location details for Celcom subscribers with the K610i? Can't seem to find it. 2 week SE user, 10 years Nokia user. |

If you mean the video calls, it's network dependent. In good coverage area - it's good.

mine did yesterday. but i thought i might've accidently pressed the power button while it is in my pocket. but only yesterday. had it for 2 weeks already. never before.
