My 2 week old k610i been giving me problems.

Whenever someone calls me or I call out, I cannot hear from them but they can hear me fine.

Only if I use handsfree or the speakerphone then I can hear. Anyone have this problem before?

I went back to dealer but they say I can only get the phone back after x'mas! If I can solve myself better, who knows how the phone will look like when get it back (scratch etc). Appreciate if any one have any solution for this. Firmware R1ED001.

Thanks for the tip Timer. I tried it but it didn't work. Tried resetting also.

Guess I'll just have to bring it back for repairs. BTW, I have the red one and I think it looks great.
