simple... learn how to use the scene selection on your pns(read the manual and learn how to use ur camera)...then, juz start snapping. the more you take the better you become.
it will always help to view pictures taken by ur camera or other pns by other people to see what it is capable of.
sites such as flickr will definitely inspire you.
