Hi,
Newbie here,
hope this is the right place to ask.

I have a Lumix DMC GF7.
from the advertisement video, it suppose to be good in self portrait.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c7Its1OnGKI

but i think so far the self portrait shot is not satisfied, if compare to if taken by a person (which make sense).
But could be even worse compare to self portrait taken by phone.

Most of the picture are over exposed (too white at the background), not nicely focus (background too blur).
So i just want to know, is it my setting problem?

try this, zoom out to the widest, such as 24mm or 28mm
dial to auto mode, use timer
now one more shot but this time use force flash and timer
how's the result?

Thanks for the suggestion.
I will try it out.
Ok if i post some image here? Or i move it to some other sub topic.

I am not really a selfie person and didnt expect to use it for so much selfie when buying this mirrorless.
But just went Europe travelling recently. So a bit frustrated with those not statisfied pictures. It has not much problem focusing on the "person face".. But the background is just... Not statisfied.

Anyway i will play around with it more and see. Tq.
