but I think cosplayer are usually easier to approach.. since they are usually in an event..which there are alot of photographer also. And they should already know that there will be people wanting to take treir picture..

thats where 70-200 (s) lens come in handy. If you need to ask then its falls into the P N S category. DSLR is so fast that even u take someone photo nobody will notice that fast
