Possible... I hv a similar QR plate as what you show.. But some models may require an thread adapter.. easy enough to get from most major camera suppliers.. and cheap.. I think it is 3/8 to 1/4 inch step down.

IT will add bulk and weight to the system and may defeat its compact size.. Do consider that ..
