most companies use HRM solutions... like myself I normally get a customised solution specifically for my need and the needs of the company i'm consulting (matrix org, project based, freelancers management, etc) to keep it cheap, the solution is based on MS access and the reminder features are scripted to pop up into my MS Outlook.

Can you tell me about the HRM solution, is that a software? That MS Access, is act as database software that to be used to store staff information? and manually "syncronize" it between Access and Outlook?

Yes there are plenty of software out there. You can search up on SAP HR for one of the common solutions. Of course there are other software vendors out there. Some software houses can even make in-house designs for you. http://searchsap.techtarget.com/originalCo...1030179,00.htmlhttp://www.sap.com/solutions/business-suite/erp/index.epxhttp://technologyservices.cmp.com/search/k...l/topSearch.htmThis post has been edited by Mavik: Jul 11 2006, 02:48 PM
