Yes can be use over and over again, as of how many times it can be used is depend on your personal usage, but for me it can be used mostly 2-3 times only

It was just a contact cleaner, that electronic technician who's ve use it to clean dirty electronic board. A branded contact cleaner from France cost around rm25 only - no brand was around rm10. What ve make this brand so special?

Yes can be used with laptop but will only be effective when you open the cover and clean from the inside.
