Hi, does anyone have any idea how much it cost to replace N5 lcd?

Have been using my N5 less than 2 months, screen suddenly got few lines on it.

Suspect is due to drop, but previously been dropped few times, but that time still ok, don't know why suddenly now the screen is defect.

Send back to the seller to claim warranty, but they said warranty void due to drop, and they quoted me 800 to fix it.

Is there any cheaper solutions ?
