The user ask how they get the call slider so high on the screen (usually the name, photo will be on top when you get a call and the slider at the bottom of the screen). Companion app - Did spigen made an app to work with it's smart cover w/ window features? with overlay privileges? - the app has the privilege to stay-on-top

In simple words, they make a custom Dialer apps.

any has problem transferring files ? I could transfer 100+mb files (Slimkat ROM) but can't do the same with 300mb+ (Cataclysm). Needed to put into a folder then only transfer. Then, the problem is, when i tried to flash it, it couldn't open zip file
*
Did you try to open the zip file at PC, most of the time failed to flash is due to zip file itself corrupted.

Perhaps. But some security conscious people are still skeptical of the modules.
There's no way to check what the code in the module contain. A hacker could easily code a module that at outside provide things like changing on screen key's colour but at background copy users facebook login details.
Xposed goals is more like to add functions. OS optimization requires code alteration of the ROM IMO.
*
Also, native code from custom ROM will perform smoother.

anyone have idea that DIGI is bringing in NExus 5 and when?
*
Question is will LG bring in Nexus 5 ? No news so far and chances are getting slim. Last year Nexus 4 was launched in Malaysia with Digi, end of January. Now is end of February, so . . . . sweat.gif

You could buy AP set from local reseller/shop, price should be lower than'official retail price'. Maybe you could consider switch to Maxis or Celcom to utilize 4G LTE, as Digi's LTE is limited to tablet yet ( if not mistaken ) and potentially slow as still new.

Don't really use Pie anymore since KK release Immersive mode.
Also hardly go full-screen unless play game.

PIE was not my cup of tea, back in PA JB time, only enabled it to show off. tongue.gif

Did few test-Video recording records a very very soft voice.
Voice recording also kinda same.
But when plugged in a headset, it works fine. Works too if using loud speaker.
Googled and found theres a lot people facing this issue..Was wondering if anyone here face the same issue?

anyone uses viper4android? noticeable difference in audio quality ?
*
I used it before, however dont seems to work on PowerAmp. Tested on Google Music and it works. It does improve audio quality a little bit, depend on how you configure it to your taste. Compare it to PowerAmp's own EQ, cant spot differences on my IEM.
What I read from HeadFi forum is that Nexus 5 had one of the best audio output ( headset ), so V4A serve as tools to assist you tweak it to your own taste.

Haha mudkipryan94 confuse liao..
Yeap, N5 default 480 dpi. I like between 360-420.
*
I used to stick on 360 dpi to get 7 icon dock but since updated to GoogleNowLauncher, it needed 340 for 7 icon to appear.

Changing the LCD density in build.prop. I use ROM Toolbox lite ( free but root needed ) to modify it.

Probably getting my Nexus 5 soon. Any good screen protectors for this phone worth buying? I usually hate screen protectors, used my GNex naked for 2 years with only 1 tiny scratch now.

And also a case that has a similar feel to the back of the black Nexus 5. I searched around and found Spigen Neo Hybrid to be what I want but checking if there are other alternatives. And any sellers carrying the above items?

EDIT: Recommendations for glass screen protectors also would be nice smile.gif
Thanks!

Good value and review.

Try to find RhinoShield sp too, if there's bulk order.
