You can try WugFresh Toolkit, all instructions are there and it is pretty easy. I unlock and root mine that way.

Bear in mind that you need to unlock the bootloader first only can root. Once you unlock your bootloader, all your internal storage stuff will be gone so beware of this. So it is most recommended to unlock your bootloader first when you got your phone, to prevent unnecessary disappointment later on when you want to root your phone.
