trinity is good...their product always high density but somehow the end product looks nicer compare to show modal....the zest and the z residence are good examples...

i think it's very worth...this is like cheaper about 100psf...so for 1200 sqf unit u can save 120k, 120k can do better renovation compare to the units that previously sold with renovation package, if i wam the early buyer, i will curse the developer now... tongue.gif
