the developer already obtained waiver to omit the affordable housing out from this project. there is no more affordable homes in this development.
all normal units. you can call them directly to get a confirmation. right now, i believe is a good buy with 1) RM480psf 2) Low Dense compare to Nidoz 1800 units and rumah mampu milik 3) Freehold tqvm |
