Thanks! But why require 9k dp if the loan and discount has already covered 100%? And the stamp duty that you mentioned is name transfer or loan stamp duty?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

I asked the same question also, I forgot what excuse they said edi. Since I will get back the 10k in 2017, I didn't question more. It's loan stamp duty.

because they gave super huge discount, cant afford to provide free legal d... however certain banks allow you to finance in the legal fees into the loan..

i expect all the units get clean up within few days as the price psf is low with OK location + freehold, however it don't, probably slow economy has hold everyone's back.

but it seems selling like a hot cake now smile.gif

They put me in the priority list as I actually was about to take another unit (spoke to a SA on the phone that I want an available unit and requested her to hold for me, but the other SA sold it even before I managed to go to the office). So they owe me one, hence gave me priority to take any newly released unit. =)

Yeah, quite a number of Type G units will be released as per informed by the Sales Manager yesterday. Can have a look if you don't mind 1,154 sqft.

Type G facing pool? Still thinking, if really no choice may wait for Block B or pool facing.
But still prefer B or D.

Yes, Type G is facing pool.

As according to the SA, block B's selling price (after rebate) will be from RM530 psf onwards.

All Type A's are facing south west. Will be very hot in the evening. And Type A is a corner lot so it will be sold at a premium. Much more expensive than other units.

I prefer pool view because I don't like to face highway or the TBS direction.

Hmm. I'm actually more interested into slightly smaller unit ~1200sqft instead of Type C 1400sqft. Not sure what is the latest package offers

previous package I got is 20% rebate for 12xx sqft units.. not sure if it still applies now... hmm.gif

however... for your information, with 20% rebate, you're getting bare unit, no AC and heater point. gotta install yourself..

good luck! icon_rolleyes.gif
