I've joined as teaching staff / interns / worked as a professional ...

Started off my own business ...

I've enjoyed a certain sense of freedom where I have no superiors other than my customers whom happened to be good paymasters ...

But downside is I'm earning RM300 less per month than my previous paid job because I'm hiring/train ppl to run business ...

Will you leave the comfy job for the bigger challenge ?

I've quit mine because ever since the Asian crisis, it has hit me that there is no longer such thing as job-security ... your job is secured as long as your company is doing well and vice versa ...

what's your take ???
