Well I am using Navixsport app for live football matches. Their streams are quite smooth and almost no buffering during game. If you have an android tv or android box u cn install the apk and watch it on the TV with orientation app installed of coz as the default orientation are only meant for phone / tablets with landscape mode.

You need to choose the live TV channel add on as the specific sports add on on Stremio don't hv the live streaming option. There's only 1 add on the last time i checked. After install the live TV add on then you can select specific channels ranging from espn, bt sports, bein sports and etc.
