Nope.... I'm from software programming background....
now doin engineering business...

Most of them are but not every company is.

My friend who is a new hire at KESP got RM2000 only.

By the way, another friend of mine is going to start his work at Pentamaster next Monday.

KESP is a subcon and i understand why they only pay RM2000. Since your friend is going to join Pentamaster, can you ask him exacly the starting pay ? This will defenitely clear our doubt here.
