are they freakin serious?
never mind, it's better we're not too confident for this. i'm too confident we're gonna win this. and that's always bad.

comparing the other title contenders' attacking unit with us, i realized we lack speed. city have navas/aguero going for them, liverpool have SASAS, utd have rooney/young, and chelsea have willian/hazard. with walcott out from the lineup there really is no clear sprinter in the team. and that game displayed all the things giroud couldn't do; countless times he tried to dribble and run past a defender but he just couldn't do it.
we're just one type of player away from being a complete team, the suarez/aguero type. we honestly haven't had that since henry, arshavin and cazorla are the closest that we have recently, but they're too easily outmuscled. but we've done well so far without that kind of player, i hope we keep doing what we've done this season. no one in the top 4 is unbeatable, liverpool/chelsea/city drop points against lesser teams a lot, the reason why we're top is because we drop less points to weak teams than the other contenders. yeah i know we're no longer top and we might not be again for a few weeks as we have a few top sides to play next, but if we keep winning against lesser teams we'll do okay. unless we lose the league by goal difference. very unlikely, but still. |

yeah, i can see the script unraveling for next game already.
our defence was all over the place last match, but i felt like we played a very high line and got blitz counter attacked by coutinho's thru passes and SASAS's speed. |

so does anyone think ozil should be dropped for the man utd game?
he's been in terrible form, but dropping him for me is a lose/lose situation. winning without ozil would just create another isco situation, he wants to play every game. and losing without ozil creates an angle for the media to attack wenger. there's a lot of calls for ozil to be benched, but i just think it's too risky. |

there you go. dropping points against lesser teams ain't the way to win the league. 1 loss 1 win is better than 2 draws!
