The weapon comes with some random shaped slots and some locked slots which require tool to unlock.
These slot openers also categorized by shape, eg: for hexagon-shaped slot, you need hexagon opener.
These slot opener can be synthesized using quest reward / get directly from event.

Your question was about issue with nvidia 700/800 series but not all ppl use that.
Im using 450gts and even if i answered it also didnt help you get the answer.
If ppl that use 700/800 series read your question im sure they will answer it.

im not using the gpu as urs, but as far as i know, im guessing that might due to low gpu memory.
Im facing that as well in heavy crowd fight. 
try lowering ur graphical setting see if that helps lol

p/s :　my gpu is Radeon 7950

I'm using GEforce 560 though so i have no idea how 700 series work. But i asked some pc experts in forum, they said no matter 770 or 780, its normal to have a low FPS in crowded map, every online game will have this issue. Some more we played in China server. So the only thing we can do is CTR + F if u in boss map or dungeon.. and set the other player image quality to 1.

p.s Did u use booster to play bns?

Just wait for 29th april patch where 30 soul = 100lingshi the farming for soul stone should be easier now.

A rough calculation since i was farming soul for fun on active chn no afk waiting for the boss but people killing stuff to get boss spawn

about 4 soul every 3-5 min jz take longest 5min.

about 40min = 30 soul = 100 lingshi once pstch kicks in.

Soul is Distributed based on DPS on Dragon and Monkey/Lion boss

Dont forget that if you try to kill the draogn that spawn every 1-2hour it has 700 soul

The 2 mini boss that spawn b4 dragon spawn has 50 soul.
