tpg is free i used that and i get 80ms
the 2 english speaking guild that i know of are Emperial (the guild i'm in) and also Freedom (known as main guild)

The official website shows the qq game booster is free but when i clicked it im not able to use it, then it says that im not qualified for using it. Any solution for it?

QQ booster is not free to use anymore. Try use TGP or IP Mana.
