I think the content are latest, which you can choose faction at lvl 4.
The level capped at 45 and if i'm not wrong, content unlock until lanlan dungeon.

as of 12:08am 11/24, I still can create new char in 萬夫莫敵 .

but you can create new char on that server if u have an existing char on that server

Try install the directx driver from microsoft website.
And do you still have the same bns crash problem after install the vc++ lib?
I have no clue with all the ??? in the pic, maybe you should install the chinese language pack into your windows, so it can show the chinese word in the crash report, then show it here.

you queue for 1 and half hour and play for 1 and half hour before server down. its quite fair (just kidding)

server down for maintenance to get ready live server laucnh at 2pm today.

getting the dragon coin membership can have shorter queue time (VIP queue).

member can earns 1 dragon coin point every minute your char stay in game. you can earns up to max 300 dragon coin points per day which is 5 hours max.

for the period in between 11/26～12/3, there is not limit on point can be earned per day, which mean u can earns 1440 points per day if u stay in game for 24 hours.

you can spend these dragon coin points to buy stuff from the item mall (tab below NShop)

the game launcher is different now, for ppl using normal login, you need to launch the game 1st. the login screen is in the game now.
