Downloaded TW version, good ping, can run on windows 8.1 perfectly, i got scared see that it didn't support windows 8 at the website system requirement

I think the content are latest, which you can choose faction at lvl 4.
The level capped at 45 and if i'm not wrong, content unlock until lanlan dungeon.
