QUOTE(Kelv @ Jun 30 2005, 12:51 AM) How and where you got those software? Antivirus software is not a must coz you can always disable BT connectivity and only activates it when you need to use it. You don't get virus from incoming sms, just be careful on those incoming BT files Is it safe to install those software in the cds in low yat? Is anti-virus software is a must for symbian phone? |

the smart movie converter installed on your computer is used to convert your original movies to a smaller format with lower bitrate and resolution so that it can be played on your symbian phone. I tried throwing a 300mb movie file into my 512mb card but the phone only can play the music and can't play any frames. So Smartmovie converter converts it to be playable on the smartmovie player installed on your phone.

QUOTE(sam240 @ Jul 24 2005, 07:26 PM) about the flash player, may tell me what's the software name? i think i can find it myself. 1. what player are you using? Smartmovie?(1)....anyone know how to play those video format in full screen in my N6670? (3gp, rm,) (2)...possible our symbian hp can play divx and rmvb files? I would like to play in my N6670. (3)...anyone anti-virus software is free for S60? thank you 2. divx don't think so, unless you can get plug-ins. rmvb yes, through the default Realplayer. Other than that, Smartmovie can convert avi, mpeg to XviD and be played on the phone. 3. all are free on trial. you need to pay after the trial ends. |

- press down your "menu" button, and hold it - after a short while, you will see a vertical list at the left side of the screen. This is similar to the taskbar on win platform, and it shows the current running programs. |

QUOTE(Snoy @ Feb 27 2006, 01:05 PM) Anyone here has tried GnuBox? This is a great program that can let your HP connects to internet through your pc broadband with bluetooh. I found that it is great when you want to access GPRS for free with your HP in your home. I managed to connect my N70 to my computer streamyx and the outcome is awesome. And not to forget, it's a freeware. Just sharing with you guys. http://gnubox.dnsalias.org/gnubox/ |
