nope.
symbian s60 refers to ANY phone which uses s60.
Nokia phones arent the only ones that use it Samsung, panasonic, sendo, and siemens have used it smile.gif

The other manafacturers are more likely pull out from their smartphone line or move to other smartphone os. Can unofficially say that s60 almost left nokia only.

I also refering to s60 smile.gif Once abondoning s60 and had no associate with uiq, doesn't it more likely moving away from symbian? And usually those available are old model and no more further development based on s60 or symbian.

It means for those which stop releasing s60 model such as panasonic for the moment and had no liciense on the uiq device. So it just like moving away from smart phone category

As I say most and usually are old model but not all. How many new models based on s60 from other manufacturers compare to what nokia offer?
