Hi, why don't you try to install the latest version of PC Suite. Then run PC Suite, choose Help, then choose reinstall PC Suite support. Sometimes latest version of PC Suite Support needs to be installed to phone. Do not forget to choose type of connection from your phone to PC Suite and not data transfer. Hope this helps.
