Some reputable resellers will provide 1 to 1 exchange with them if any manufacture defects due to obvious hardware issues (ie DOA, etc) for short period (ie 1 week) depending on them. However, u needs to check kao-kao before u pay for any potential cosmetic issues (ie scratch, hinge, keyboard, ports, build quality, etc) as they probably ask u to claim from Lenovo.

Check with reseller for more details before u buy.
