Not sure bro look at their website techhypermart stated IPS but i asked frixfox solution they said not IPS. Im still waiting for clear answer. If its IPS then ill grab it.

Why not selling the Y50 IPS version. Because GST issue or wat ?

then i think the acer v15 nitro black is better cause is IPS. I went to the store to compare ..... if gonna pay same amount i rather have ips 1080p 15.6 inch rather than tn panel.

So conclusion is that Y50(59-442222) display already better? Someone can confirm this?  Since last generation display really sucks.
Planning to buy soon , either Z5 / Y50 / GE60 or 62 , of course Y50 is the best price that can get within this spec. Just worry about the display.

should i eye on ROG GL552VW-DM136T or G501JW-CN139H better? coz G501JW comes with rog bag,mouse and headset if im not mistaken just no ODD, and not sure what G552vw comes with.

yes when plugged in and play it's good, havent had chance to try with battery life yet, hehe..

What about the screen? Is it still the same as its previous JM model where the screen flickers? Cause i feel this is the only thing thats holding me back from buying this laptop.
