If you want to send back to Proton ask them to check then you better remove if not they can void your warranty because you have tempered with the wiring. You need to know your car got immobilizer. If they temper with the alarm it might affect the immo also. Your car didn't came with Alarm meh?? should have wah..

and now my car always semput in early morning and sometime hard to start the engine.already change the fuel pump once..other having the same problem..tq

I dono if the whole barrier is made from rubber or the barrier inside actually got 1 narrow metal rod and outside capsulated with thick rubber. .
IMO, it should be the latter la becoz hard to imagine full rubber can hold the weight when the barrier is quite long (ur car's width at least).
so hit d, ma nothing damage to car lu . . I think the impact will be similar like using those kids "hammer toys" (those filled with air) and hit u. .
furthermore, I actually manage to stop just enough to avoid a hard impact but somehow bang d, the barrier "tang" backwards only

p/s: I am not saying all barrier is like above, the one I encounter is rubber type. .
