hi jack,i want to ask about your treatment@ppum..can i know where do you go on first time for consultation with doctor?..i mean which clinic?i went today and i see many clinic like ortopedic,genycology etc..did you go straight to this clinic or how?

Google it bro,if you dont know what is the sympthom then what you got probably not gyne..maybe spmething else,just go refer to any clinic,they can check for you....

And i just want to mention to you guys that i will do my surgery on 13april..the cost is rm9800,its alot but i hope i will gain my confidence back and it not waste of my limited money.hope it going well,and i will post the result later..

Follow up,1day after surgery-1week-1week-1month later,my last follwup will be on 2june.

i do it at alps medical centre,Menara See Hoy Chan....but my surgery is liposuction gynecomastia,which mean the doctor just suck fat from my chest area.(see the video below,my surgery no glandular removal)

The doctor said i can see good result after 6week,mean on 25may,and my next follow up will be on 2june 17...

my chest is smaller now,i can wear normal tshirt or jersey,its look much better than before,but its still swollen and still feel a sore pain around chest area.

however i still got a puffy nipples,hopefully after 1month its gone...(maybe becuase it still swollen up)

Note to you, if you want to make this surgery make sure u know what is your gyne condition,there is many type...

did you do exactly jack~daniel suggested?
first go to normal clinic for checking and confirm with doctor that you have gyne problem,ask dr to write letter about the problem.
bring letter to ppum and meet doctor at breast clinic.

Actually, i did go to ppum, they do checkup and ask me to do follow up with assunta to do scanning chest(i dont know what it call),
after that dr ask me to come back for follow up,but i didnt go because some problem at that time.

Well,instead go to specialist you go to general clinic,what do you expect they will said...maybe you should go again,follow my advice above,if you got money than you can proceed with private clinic.

What that dr said to you sound very rude to me.if what you got is gyne,than whatever diet yo do to lower your fat % wont work,becuase this hormone problem,it not just like fat in your belly or other place,if you go to gym and done extreme regime workout,you will have nice body but chest area still gyne prob.

And wearing compression singlet is just temporary solution,you still got that problem hiding behind it.

Just my 2cent,you decide whats next.

Any normal clinic will do,ask dr to make reference letter to refer to ppum for follow up..i paid just about rm30-40 only.you need to read again in this post by jake daniel,he already explain how to..
