Like many of you I got it from teenage years and been having gyno for abt 20 yrs. Has anyone one tried anti hormone like tamoxifen and anastrazole (arimidex) before jumping to surgery?

Can somebody share your experience with these medicines.

I have been training until I see abs for the past 2 years and it's still visible. Yes fat reduced it look smaller but nipple still pointy.

I wish there's no need for surgery route as there are risks of complications.
