Gynecomastia can't  be eliminated with exercise, surgery the only way, If you are on a tight budget, you can get the surgery at  goverment Hospital or semi-goverment, I did in PPUM and it cost me RM500 for surgery, goverment hospital will be more cheaper but the waiting period will be longer, you also need to spend for follow-up treatment to remove the blood after the surgery for every 2 days until the the boobs fully recover.

The follow-up treatment, every 2 days for 2 months duration? How long does it take per session? I'm afraid it will interrupt with my work. sad.gif

You can ask the doctor to give 2 months MC and it's considered under hospitalization.

it just take less than 5 min per session, but make sure you come early in the morning to avoid hassle in the breast clinic.

1.As i mentioned, in PPUM
2. It depends on how many patients and the severity, as we all know, cancer patients have high priority in surgery waiting list. I waited for a month after first appointment.
3. Yes, it does.

Oh that's cool laugh.gif Great advice to go early. It's gonna be super awkward for a guy in the breast clinic sweat.gif sweat.gif

Did the doctor advise you not to do any vigorous activities? Especially working out?

Why not try building chest from weight lifting? Healthier and less expensive.

After working out for 4 years, i think you hav done watever possible.
Perhaps it's time to consider surgical intervention as a last resort.
Hav you found out wat r the side effects and complications?

I strongly recommend if you have money now don't wait too long just do it now. Don't think too much. Trust me you will not regret. For a better results you need to wait at least 1or 2 years after the surgery and definitely you can't see the result immediately.. so don't waste your time dudes. One thing please chose the right and experiences doctor which really specializing on this treatment. There are cases that after the surgery it does not goes well. So be careful.

Only experienced doctors can determine how bad your boobs is. There are different types of procedures. You can't simply decide to remove all your breast tissue here. Sometime its only need a simple lipo procedure. Those experienced doctor will know that. So my advice is see those expert to correct your chest. Key words here "Don't Shy" to see them.

That is normal. Of course if you want to see a better results you need to be patient and you will see the improvement after 6 mths or 1 year. Yes it takes time but it works for me!

It cost around 10k? Man.. I think I really need it , every time I shop for clothes my confidence drop down and I've been avoiding swimming .

Is it worth it? After the surgery how long you need to follow up at the hospital?

And one more , is it pain ?

I know how u feel bro.. it same to me last time.. u know what, I started my swimming lesson after I see the fully changes on my chest part.. and I also shop a lot of tshirt for myself.. damn feel so good.. Now I feel so regret because I keep delaying this process and I just wasted my time.. I been waiting for 7 years to make this decision because I feel so trauma after I watch the surgery in youtube.

If you ask me worth or not.. its worth it.. trust me you will no regret to spend your money for this procedure.. everytime I see a mirror it made me forget about the 10K.. I just wasted my money hired personal trainer at gym to reduce it but it didnt works at all..

I feel not pain.. maybe my overall body can take it.. but of course if you press it u can feel it.. but this only happen for first 3 months.. after that it keep reducing.. and you will smile alone everytime you see a mirror..

About the follow up only one time.. after that no more.. even I remove the stitches at the normal clinic..

Good luck bro!
