Date of transaction: 19th January 2014 (Sunday)

Details of the complaint :

Payment been made on Sunday 19/1/14 and seller say he will post it out the next day but end up only post out on Tuesday 21/1/14 when i ask him for tracking number. The tracking number he gave doesnt able to track it on the system.

K never mind! So the next day Wednesday 22/1/14 i try and call him up and he didnt answer my call even after a few tries and i even sms him regarding the problem but he also didnt reply. Later then he reply saying his busy and he already call up the pos laju and verified the problem with pos laju and he say la that its pos laju system problem. So that why i wont be able to trace the package. He say that i should be able to trace the package already on night time in their system and i should be able to received the package the next day which is Thursday 23/1/14.

Then I confirm with him again regarding the tracking number wether is correct or not he given me and firstly he was so sure it was correct then suddenly he say he will check again and confirm with me later but the receipt is with his friend and he need to get it 1st and check 1st then confirm with me later.

I was quite stunt cause the way he answer me cause he say he already verified the problem with pos laju using the tracking number and say that is their system problem, so what tracking number does he use then to verified with pos laju?

K never mind again! So i wait for his reply for the tracking number see wether it matches the 1 he given me or not but end up totally didnt get any info from him. So at night i try to trace my package using the same tracking number again and its still did not show up on the system.

So i immediately call him up and ask him wether he got the receipt or not for the tracking number to check wether it matches or not and he say he didnt manage to get it from his friend. Then i start questioning him wether his trying to con me or what and he say he has been dealing in low yat for quite sometime but if u look back at his status he just joined recently only.

He even insisted that he did post out the package and will try get the receipt for me as proof tomorrow and even say that he will refund to me if i didnt received the package tomorrow.

There still some hope for me cause if really like he say, he really did post it out and i assume maybe the tracking number he given me didnt matches ,then i might be able to receive it tomorrow.

So come to this day Thursday 23/1/14 that i was supposed to received the package if really like he say he did post out the package but all hope is totally lost cause i didnt received it.

So i call him up and ask for refund and he didnt even say anything that back him up that the thing is really been posted out and promise me will do the refund at night time but after work because he say he work at cinema.

So i wait and wait also no news, so i call him up and he didnt answer my call then reply me with a sms saying he will do it shortly cause a lot of customer. So i wait and wait again until 11:35pm also no news, so i call him up again and he didnt answer again as usuall then i sms him saying dont give me an excuse say your busy or any excuses that you come up with that wont be able to refund me later. After sms him quite a while, there still no respond from him so i call him up again and he already switch of his phone.

Update: Friday 24/1/14 Totally switch off his phone the whole day cause even try again 10:28pm just now also still off.

Update: Saturday 25/1/14 One of our forum member nick name CLOUDSTRIFES also been cheated by this seller and while discuss with him his using different bank account and different name. (Probably work in group!)

Update: Monday 27/1/14 Another two of our forumers nick name ZINT_STRIFE and THE_DEAD_IDENTITY brother been con by that rat again using the same acc and name that con me. Info been provided by THE_DEAD_IDENTITY brother now that we know his full is Ahmad Haziq Bin Kamal Basha aka THE RAT KING!

Update: Thursday 30/1/14 Sorry for the late update of info been provided few days back by the victims or my brotherhood of justice that been conned by that RAT KING! Anyway i would like to take this opportunity to wish all the low yat forumers a Happy Chinese New Year 2014. (The RAT KING is not included and i hope he kena stomp to death by the year of Horse!)

EF131697465MY, yah, same no, the name also Ahmad Haziq, maybe cn report to KPDNKK, my story kinda same like u bro, but im not the kind that like to rush thing up & was kinda bz, so(think positive) maybe there r some probs in poslaju so i juz assume the item will arrive slightly late than usual, & he also said he will call poslaju to confirm back, thats feel quite relieve but later then the other day i try check again the tracking no but it was dissapointing bcoz no record, now i know there is sumthin wrong here, so i try call him but unfortunately the no he use 0137822446, no longer available

So i try search at google the acc bank no in case it appear somewhere before, so here i am, 1 of the fraud/con victim, same as u guys
& 1 more thing, i realise i hve msg the same phone no b4 but got it from the advertisement from mudah.my, but i though mybe no 1 buy yet the game so mybe i was juz lucky which i was wrong

Now there r possibilities he doing this "work" in two sites: lowyat.net & mudah.my
our hope is to try report this to KPDNKK & if ANYONE at Johor that kind enough to find this guy & send my "regards" to him

must be cautious ler. like do background checks and ask questions. if too cheap, make sure ask kaokao before buy.
