It was first heard about it on EA's E3 press-conference 2013 on June 10th. The trailer and gameplay were shown. The game is coming to the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One and PC on 18 and February 20 in the U.S. and Europe

no release date for PC yet so far. so have to wait for news.

Well, I wonder normally these kind of Digital Copy can install up to how many PC? It was my first time buying Genuine games instead of pirated one.

It should be unlimited on Origin.
